Learn how to shuck oysters with the American Littoral Society and Cape May Salt Oyster Farms. Join us on Thursday, July 20 from 6-8 p.m. for a Sip ‘N Shuck at the Bayshore Center at Bivalve, Port Norris, NJ.
In addition to learning how to shuck oysters, there will also be discussion of the Littoral Society’s oyster restoration work and the importance of local aquaculture (which will include hearing first-hand from the oyster farmers themselves).
