Contest Rules
Performers are encouraged to submit content that is family-friendly. For purposes of this compilation, content must be appropriate for all age groups. Cumberland County shall screen all submissions for offensive, obscene, profane or otherwise insensitive material. If submitted material fails to comply with contest rules, Cumberland County reserves the right to reject submissions and shall notify performers via e-mail. Additionally, performers whose songs contains film or audio samples must ensure that their material is properly cleared and authorized for use under federal copyright and patent law prior to submission.
To submit your music, please send an email to the email address below with:
- Name of the Artist or Band.
- Names of the members of Band.
- One paragraph biography of the artist or band.
- Social media links and website.
- Press photograph of the Artist or Band.
- Attach the song to the email or send via a download link.
- Print, sign, and attach the waiver below.
- Please answer the following question: “What is your favorite thing about Cumberland County?”
